A Brief History of a Favorite Tool - DYMO

I still love my Dymo label maker. We used to fight over the one my mom had in the 70's. And of course, the tape was SO EXPENSIVE that we'd get yelled at for actually using it. Usually my brother used it to make labels that said, "Loser" which he'd place somewhere on me. It's sort of like candles - no one was actually allowed to BURN THEM. Consequently, when we cleaned out my Grandmother's house a few years ago, I think there were like 700 unburned candles and 20 rolls of Dymo tape.

Here's the link: DYMO.

I love the old ads. And, I love my Dymo for scrapping. I wish I could find some "fashion" colors in the office supply store, though.

My Dad had a Dymo! I remember!

I just wanted you to know that I just spent all afternoon reading your blog. I have a sick baby in my lap and it's a good excuse to sit.

Anyway, I have yet to find anyone as insightful and educated in this industry as you, based on your blog. If I were going to start a scrapping biz I would absolutely join scrapbiz. As it is, now isn't the right time. But, you can bet that I will be recommending you to everyone I know, including some of my CREATIVE cohorts that still like to scrap their MEMORIES.

:)
